The Oregon Feed and Grain Association was established to further the legitimate interests of the feed, seed, grain, fertilizer and allied suppliers in the state of Oregon and members outside the state. It is managed by a board of directors representing various elements of the feed and grain industry and all the districts within Oregon. The association employs a part-time executive secretary.

The association’s goal is to maintain the highest standards of integrity, ethics, loyalty, credibility, quality, services and programs sustaining cooperation between its members.

The association meets once a year at an annual meeting and the officers visit each district at least once a year to apprise the members of the latest association activities.

Membership is limited to firms, individuals, partnerships, corporations and associations engaged in the feed, seed, grain, fertilizer and allied industries. Membership requires two sponsors and acceptance by a majority of the board of directors.

Voting members may serve on the board of directors and must have a direct industry relationship. Affiliate members are those closely allied but not actively engaged in the feed, seed, grain or fertilizer industry. Affiliate members can serve on committees and participate in all meetings of the association.
