Annual Convention Sponsorships

To help defray the cost of the annual convention, the Association needs your support. Speakers, socials, coffee breaks, golf prizes, etc., go into the cost of the convention.

Your support will help defray these costs and help keep registration fees economical.

The Levels of Sponsorship are:

GOLD Sponsor	-	$300.00	This will include recognition at all events during the convention and in the printed program.
SILVER Sponsor	-	$200.00	This will include recognition at a social function and in the printed program.
BRONZE Sponsor	-	$100.00	This will include recognition in the printed program.
GOLF Sponsor	-	$100.00	This wil include recognition related to the Golf Tournament.

You may print and mail this form, or you may fill it out on-line, press the "I Pledge..." button and your form will be e-mailed to the association office. The Association will bill you based on your submission.
